In 60 Days I will be heading back to Walt Disney World. I have been dieting and exercising consistently for the past few months but with 60 days to go, it is time to up my game! I hope you plan to join me.
Over the next 60 days, I'll be posting a daily workout. Do what you can, if you have questions I'll do my best to help. I will also reference websites for different exercises. I am an enthusiast, not an expert.
Week 1:
Monday, August 11: Strength Exercises
Tuesday: 45-60 minutes of Cardio (cycling, running, walking)
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Strength Exercises
Friday: Yoga, walking, or something "light" but keep moving!
Saturday: Tabatas!
Sunday: Cardio (Zumba, running, walking, cycling, etc. or use a day of rest if you body needs it)
Day 1:
Perform each exercise in set for 1 min with a 15 second transition between; 2 minute rest in between each set; 2-3 sets. Please make sure you are properly warmed up before you begin this workout.

2. Ball Leg Curl 7. Reverse Fly
3. Squat with Upright Row 8. Split Lunge with Bicep Curl
4. Burpees 9. Tricep Dips
5. Flutter Kicks 10. Superman
