Day 2: Cardio!

Get your cardio in today...it's your choice!  Are you a runner, or want to become one?  Walking, cycling, Zumba...anything goes.  :).

A few more details on the challenge.  For the first three weeks we're going to focus on strength, core and cardio.  A good mix of everything to get our bodies in shape for the hard work of Disney.  Yes, it is hard work!  I don't know about you, but after a Disney vacation I usually feel like I need a good nap and another vacation.  Hopefully being in better shape going in will help us keep a better pace and get to ride more rides :).

September 1st I will start a new routine with a stronger focus on walking for longer periods of time and distance.  Sure I can do a 45 minute Zumba class, but can I walk up to 10 miles a day?  I know I'm not ready for that.
