Day 4: Strength Exercises
Time to repeat the Strength Exercise workout from Day 1. Click Here for the Exercises and Modifications and Demos of each exercise.
I plan to do two cycles again....if I'm not completely wiped out I'll go for a third. It may take a few times to get to that third cycle. Remember, everything at your own pace! If you haven't done this type of workout, start with 30 second intervals. Work your way up. This isn't a competition...it's a challenge. Challenge yourself.
